Hey Barron, I couldn't agree with you more. Given our overlap at both IMVU and Intuit, I suspect our experiences shaped our perspectives to align. I do recall at my time at IMVU, there was a point where I was managing 5 scrum teams that were all implementing different flavors of Agile that they had also tweaked to best suit what they were facing. P.S. One thing I like to ask Engineering Management Candidates is: If you had to be religious about just one thing related to agile, what would it be? The answer I'm hoping for (and actually get some times) is that one should be religious about not being religious about anything ;-)

Chris - thanks for sharing, I will definitely take a read. And I agree, we are very aligned given the time we overlapped. The important thing is enabling the teams to best organize to be effective! I love the interview question - it's great!
