Well put. You clearly identified the wow the how and made it approachable for people. My favorite example of this was at OpenTable was going on “dinealongs” to test our mobile payments feature. A toddler melt down immedety identified parents as our target costumer, and servers as our first line of defense. You just can’t get those insights sitting behind a computer screen.
